Oxalis Pes-Caprae (Wild Sorrel)

Oxalis Pes-Caprae (Wild Sorrel). The flowers, leaves and bulbs are all edible, being gathered from the wild and consumed locally. I'm experimenting with that this week, and will talk about the results in a future post.
